Mountaineer Equipment Company Inc. is a family owned and operated busniess that was started in 1977.
In 2008, we moved into a new facility - 63,500 SQ FT located at: 65 Hanes Road, Newland NC 28657 (Pineola/Jonas Ridge area)
This Expansion has allowed us to stock and display a much larger lineup of equipment, products, hunting gear, and firearms to better serve our customers needs.
Our new building has also allowed us to open an antique tractor and equipment museum, covering about 10, 000 SQ FT. We have a variety of antique items like:
Antique Tractors, Hit-N-Miss engines, Farm Equipment, and Hand Tool from the early 1900's. Admission is free to everyone.
We carry a variety of Mahindra Tractors, from 125 H.P. Down, Lawn Equipment by Scag, Cub Cadet, and Spartan, and many other associated Lawn and Garden Accessories. We also carry Cub Cadet and Hisun side by sides , STIHL Power Products, Bush Hog Zero Turn Mowers, Bush hog implements for tractors, DR Power Equipment, Plotmaster Food Plot Planters, and Various other lines of tractor implements.
